Our client has incredibly good staff retention. This position has come around due to an internal promotion that has lead to a new opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for people who would ideally like to progress into a more senior position within the business. If you have a passion for retail, sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and upselling
- Supervise and train junior sales associates
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail sales role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
