Quality Assurance Clerk

Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co., Inc., is seeking a high-energy and motivated Quality Assurance Clerk. This position is based at our St. Louis, MO office and is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient system of communication and reports.

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Perform data entry in multiple systems
• Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support
• Create forms from software and prepare document packages
• Contact suppliers in effort to resolve open issues

• High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced education a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and use multiple software programs
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
