Anzac Developments LLC is seeking a proactive and highly organized Superintendent to oversee and drive our construction projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a meticulous eye for quality and safety capable of coordinating all aspects of the construction process in collaboration with the Project Manager. This role requires field leadership, hands‑on supervision, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily job site operations, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and internal crews.
  • Injob site safety standards and pause work to address unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including logs, photos, material deliveries, and job directives.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide field execution.
  • I will collaborate.with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve project challenges.
  • Manage site logistics, tools, materials, and safety equipment to support timely execution.
  • Handle field modifications, change orders, and communicate project deviations effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, ensuring compliance with codes and client standards.
  • Monitor and ensure quality workmanship from all subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Oversee labor resources to maintain cleanliness, organization, and productivity on‑site.
  • Interface with clients, providing professional updates and handling concerns with transparency.
  • Support carpentry and installation tasks directly as needed.
  • Manage punch list closeouts, warranty repairs, and post‑construction rectifications.
  • Track labor hours and purchases, reviewing timesheets and submitting receipts with correct coding.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of construction site supervision experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and codes.
  • Excellent leadership, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
  • OSHA certification and a commitment to enforcing safe job site practices.
  • Skilled in managing subcontractors, vendors, and field crews across multiple trades.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work hands‑on in a physically active role.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence in every task.
Education & Training
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational training or certifications in construction management preferred.
