Join Green Tree Montessori as a Montessori Assistant Infant Teacher and become part of a dedicated team of professional educators. Located on a scenic wooded lot in Kirkwood, Missouri, our school offers a warm, supportive community and a beautiful indoor/outdoor learning environment. As a valued member of our staff, you will help nurture infants and young children in a Montessori-based setting, supporting their growth and development each afternoon.

• Child Safety & Care
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children
  • Respond to the individual needs of each child with care and compassion
• Classroom Support
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive Montessori classroom
  • Support children in self-directed, meaningful activities
• Positive Interaction
  • Interact affectionately and respectfully with infants and young children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff members

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children preferred
• Interest in or willingness to learn about the Montessori approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for children

• Part-time, Monday-Friday
• 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
