We are a caring, resident‑centered senior living community looking for a dependable, hands‑on Porter to join our team. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and ready for the people who live and work here, we’d love to meet you.
The Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the building. This role supports our Admissions, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for new residents and daily use.
Essential Duties- Prepare and clean resident rooms for new admissions
- Wax, buff, and maintain facility flooring
- Mop hallways, dining rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash throughout the building several times a day
- Assist with moving, packing, and arranging resident room items
- Perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Complete any additional duties as requested by the supervisor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to lift, move, and carry items as needed
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
- Experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or maintenance is helpful (but not required)
