Starting at $16.50 per hour, additional pay based on experience.

An Activities Assistant assists in developing and carrying out life enrichment programs for the community, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local standards. The role supports the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of residents, modeling person‑centered care and placing the resident first.

• Assist in developing and implementing activities and enrichment programs for residents.
• Work under the direction of department director or Executive Director.
• Model person‑centered care, ensuring the resident’s needs are prioritized.

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• One year of experience in activities programs within a health‑care setting preferred.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
