Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to join our dedicated team at The Grove  a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing department. • Provide visionary leadership to the nursing department, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Collaborate with the medical staff, interdisciplinary team, and administrative leaders to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
• Recruit, retain, and mentor a high‑performing nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
• Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence‑based solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and other external partners

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role
• Strong clinical background in nursing, with a current nursing license in the state of Missouri
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high‑performing team
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of current regulations and standards related to long‑term care and post‑acute care
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
