Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Full-time Evening shifts available (plus shift differentials)
We’re seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team at our long-term care facility, where extraordinary care and laughter go hand in hand.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Duties and Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment during the shift
- Help residents with personal hygiene
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Document resident food and fluid intake
- Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy
- Transport residents within the facility
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed
- Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
- Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and facility data
- Current and valid CNA certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Keen attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Familiarity with signs of improvement for various medical conditions
