Territory Development Associate – Seiler Instrument & Mfg. Co. Inc.

Seiler Geospatial is seeking a motivated, entry-level Territory Development Associate to help grow our presence across Kentucky. You’ll be the friendly first impression of Seiler—connecting with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, sharing our brand, and opening doors for our expert sales team. This role is a strong launchpad for someone eager to break into sales, geospatial technology, or account management, with mentorship from senior sales leaders and exposure to Trimble solutions.

• Visit current and potential clients across territories—dropping off catalogs, swag, while fostering new and reinforcing current client relationships.
• Identify new leads and connect them with our sales team.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Help with event setup, giveaways, and engaging attendees.
• Keep the territory organized by maintaining contacts and leads in Salesforce.

• A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Good communicator and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable with technology (CRM/Salesforce a plus, but we’ll train the candidate as well).
• Willingness to travel regularly (some overnight).
• Nice to have: familiarity with surveying, engineering, or related construction fields.
