We currently have a very large inventory. You would have the ability to sell cars from all four of our lots. Over 1100+ vehicles to choose from! Sign-on bonus up to $6k!

Dean Team VW Kirkwood has been family owned and operated for over 40 years in the St. Louis area. We are looking for driven, dedicated individuals excited to join a successful team and contribute to a culture of success.

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, and pricing
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
• Training will be provided
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, email, CRM)
• Prior car sales or retail experience a plus
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Social media experience is a plus and encouraged
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Highly motivated
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
