Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Walmart is expanding our workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. The role supports repair within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and hand, digital, and power tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by performing work according to Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work at heights frequently.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (select locations)
