We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with deep expertise in US Leadership and Sales hiring to join the organization’s talent acquisition team.

This is a high-impact role for an individual who can operate as a strategic talent partner to senior business leaders, while bringing strong hands-on expertise in identifying and engaging senior leadership and revenue-generating talent across the US market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the US talent ecosystem, exceptional passive talent sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex leadership and sales mandates.

• Lead senior-level and leadership hiring across the US, partnering closely with business and functional leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Director, VP, SVP, Head of Function and other critical leadership positions.
• Drive hiring across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, Revenue and other commercial functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, organizational structures, talent requirements and leadership profiles.
• Build and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies for niche and highly competitive positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive leadership and sales talent through market mapping, networking, referrals, Linked In and other executive sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pools across strategic leadership and revenue-generating functions.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide informed insights to hiring leaders throughout the selection process.
• Manage senior candidate engagement, stakeholder coordination, offer discussions and closure.
• Provide talent-market intelligence covering competitor organizations, talent availability, compensation expectations and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with senior candidates and develop long-term talent networks for future leadership requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive and high-priority leadership searches.
• Partner with HR and business leadership on workforce planning and critical talent requirements.

• 13+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with significant experience in the US market.
• Strong track record in US Leadership / Executive hiring and Sales recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring senior professionals across Director, VP, SVP and C-level / functional leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success and Revenue leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, high-value and confidential searches.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate identification, talent mapping and market intelligence.
• Established understanding of the US technology and digital services talent landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders.
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, maturity and discretion.
• Experience in a global technology, digital services, IT services or consulting organization will be highly relevant.
