Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer‑facing role; you will use our video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge, and an active PTIN.
• You are bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour

In addition, this position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related factors, location, and a commitment to pay equity.
