We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing digital solutions for packaging and labeling. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting‑edge digital strategies that streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and foster sustainable practices. You will be at the forefront of building a robust digital library of essential packaging and labeling data, contributing directly to operational efficiency and the company’s commitment to innovation.
- What you’ll do:
- Data Stewardship: Support comprehensive data entry and governance for critical packaging and labeling systems, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and consistency across all digital records and system inputs.
- Process Enhancement: Actively assist in the evaluation of new software solutions designed to automate routine packaging and labeling tasks, such as digital label generation and compliance checks. You’ll contribute innovative ideas to improve workflows and identify key opportunities for technological efficiencies.
- Sample & Submission Management: Take charge of tracking, receiving, and meticulously organizing packaging samples and digital label submissions. You will utilize specialized tools to facilitate seamless documentation and communication with external suppliers.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare insightful standard and ad‑hoc reports on packaging and labeling activities. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data outputs to inform and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborative Impact: Engage actively in cross‑functional meetings with sourcing, sustainability, and technology teams. You will effectively communicate routine issues and proactively elevate challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Sustainable Innovation: Support leaders in the execution of strategic sustainable packaging initiatives, meticulously identifying and documenting groundbreaking sustainable innovations.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring trends in Generative AI, emerging software, and digital solutions within the packaging and labeling landscape. You’ll participate in training and share best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Must‑Have
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in data management, process automation, or packaging/labeling operations.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with digital tools and a foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts.
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and superior organizational prowess.
- A demonstrated commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Nice‑to‑Have
Qualifications: - Prior experience with AI in an operational context.
- Experience utilizing product lifecycle management tools.
