We’re looking for a Director of Brand Performance and Commercial Growth Strategy to lead the commercial system behind our rentals portfolio: how we shape demand, how we convert it, and how we optimize the channels that bring guests through the door.
Sitting across Revenue, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales, you’ll guide pricing and distribution decisions while ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable performance, bringing structure, speed, and clarity across our properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey.
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the rental's portfolio, aligning pricing, inventory, distribution, and marketing-led demand.
- Serve as the primary commercial partner to Resort Managers and senior leadership on all revenue-driving decisions.
- Translate brand and business goals into clear revenue plans, performance targets, and execution roadmaps.
- Ensure commercial strategy flexes with real-world demand, seasonality, and market dynamics.
- Lead marketing-driven demand strategy in close partnership with Brand and Marketing teams—ensuring campaigns, channels, and spend convert into revenue impact.
- Oversee ecommerce performance across direct, OTA, wholesale, and group channels, with accountability for demand capture and conversion.
- Ensure rates, availability, content, and visibility are optimized across all owned and third-party platforms.
- Own OTA and distribution partner relationships, balancing reach, efficiency, and return while protecting brand integrity.
- Lead pricing, restriction, and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR, occupancy, and total revenue.
- Set daily pricing and inventory strategy 365 days a year, guided by pace, demand signals, market conditions, and budget.
- Monitor competitive landscapes—pricing shifts, supply changes, positioning, and product evolution—to stay ahead of demand.
- Bring discipline and creativity to yield strategy, knowing when to push and when to protect.
- Build and maintain commercial dashboards that connect marketing demand, channel performance, and revenue outcomes.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance modeling on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence.
- Develop advanced analytical models to identify demand gaps, growth opportunities, and risk early.
- Use insight to adjust strategy proactively—not reactively explain performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Revenue Managers and Sales leaders into confident, data-fluent commercial operators.
- Orchestrate daily revenue meetings and lead yield calls with Resort Managers.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability, and communication across Revenue, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring everyone moves in the same direction.
