Job Overview

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida, specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Kissimmee, FL.

• Lead a crew and maintain production schedule while ensuring safety.
• Execute work according to directives from the Superintendent.
• Operate heavy machinery and manage quality of work and materials.
• Apply quality control standards from plans and specifications.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to crew members.
• Hold crew accountable for compliance, quality, and safety of the project.

• Experience as a Pipe Foreman or in underground utility construction.
• Strong management skills with the ability to supervise employees.
• Proficiency with heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of quality control standards.
• FDOT experience preferred.
