Envision Physician Services – Anesthesia Medical Director

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida.

Minimum experience of 3–5 years is required, previous leadership experience preferred. This full‑time opportunity will be part of a well‑established group of 9 physicians and 29 APPs. The anesthesia team has performed all cases except burns, trauma, and transplants for over 30 years.

• Scheduling, staff development, assist with recruitment efforts and interview, attend recruiting events, liaise with hospital leaders, serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital, participate in leadership and development activities, performance reviews, orientation and onboarding of new hires.
