At Northbridge University we are looking for a qualified Veterinary Assistant Adjunct Instructor
!
Our campuses are growing! If you have a passion for teaching, we'd like to talk to you. Classes usually run from Monday to Thursday and can be held in the mornings or evenings.
Requirements- Educational Background:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology, Animal Science, or a related field. - Professional
Experience:
At least five years of experience in veterinary practice or animal care. Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred. - Passion for education with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
In Florida, veterinary assistants do not require a state-issued license, but there are professional certifications:
While neither profession requires a state license, the ideal candidate should have:
- NAVTA-Approved Veterinary Assistant Certification (preferred).
- FVMA – Florida Veterinary Medical Association (preferred).
