Revenue Cycle Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager based in Kissimmee, FL. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing practice management, revenue cycle processes, managing denials, and ensuring efficient medical coding operations. Tasks include monitoring revenue cycle performance, implementing strategies for improving financial outcomes, and working closely with managed care providers to resolve payment issues and enhance reimbursement processes.

• Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management
• Experience in managing Denials and ensuring accurate Medical Coding
• Knowledge of Managed Care and working with managed care providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Medical Coding Certification (Required)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
