Physician Assistant – Women’s Health

Florida Woman Care, an affiliate of Unified Women’s Healthcare, operates a prestigious Women’s Health Center in Kissimmee, Florida. The practice offers a team‑based approach to patient care, serving patients in a warm, individualized environment that emphasizes mentorship and career growth.

• Established practice that has served the community for nearly 20 years.
• Work in a 4‑day, 10‑hour work week with no nights, weekends, or call shifts.
• Patient census up to 40 patients per day, mainly OB and GYN visits.
• Perform and assist with minimally invasive office procedures (pap smears, endometrial biopsies, IUD placements).
• Part of a full clinical team: OB/GYN physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners, and dedicated administrative staff.
• Careful patient education, charting, lab follow‑ups, prescription management, and medication administration.
• On‑site ultrasound and close affiliation with Advent Health Celebration hospital.

• National Physician Assistant certification (or ability to obtain).
• Unrestricted, active licensure in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• Current DEA license, CPR, BLS, and NALS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment plan development.
• Strong communication skills for patients, team members, and management.
• Ability to make independent care decisions based on best medical practices.
• Preferred:
  One year of full‑time PA experience.
