Full-Time | Rotating Weekends | 15 Shifts/Month Are you a skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant with ICU experience? Join our growing critical care team serving three leading hospitals in the Tampa Bay area. This dynamic role offers hands-on procedural experience, professional development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dedicated team in a high-acuity, multi-site environment.

Position Highlights:
Full-time role: 15 shifts/month (12-hour shifts ??? mix of days and nights) Patient Census:

Arterial lines Central lines Chest tubes Bronchoscopy Intubation Ventilator management Coverage Across 3 Facilities:
Brandon Hospital:
Day: 1.5 MDs + 1 APP (7 AM???7 PM) Night: 1 MD (7 PM???7 AM) South Shore Hospital:
Day: 1 MD (7 AM???1 PM) + 1 APP (1 PM???7 PM) Night: 1 APP (7 PM???7 AM) + remote MD backup South Tampa Hospital:
Day: 1 MD (1 PM???7 PM) + 1 APP (7 AM???1 PM) Night: 1 APP (7 PM???7 AM) + remote MD backup Qualified Candidates:
Must be an ACNP or qualified PA (Other NP specialties will not be considered) ICU experience is required Capable of functioning independently in a high-acuity environment Comfortable rotating between multiple hospitals Incentives & Benefits:
