Caregiver Mid Shift at Home Well Senior Care, Inc.

Home Well is seeking compassionate, reliable, and service‑hearted individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Home Well Caregiver, you will deliver quality, non‑medical in‑home care to support clients’ safety, independence, and overall well‑being. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living tasks, companionship, and creating a comfortable environment where clients feel respected and cared for.

Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Location:

St Louis Hills or surrounding areas.

Willing to work between 9 am–9 pm (4‑hour to 12‑hour shifts). Expected 20 hours per week (PRN or part‑time). Can start immediately.

• Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities.
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Experience caring for bedbound patients preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with transfers.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines.
• Familiarity with direct support systems and protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families.

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
• Not required but preferred:
  • Bed bound: 2 years
  • Dementia Care: 2 years
  • Hospice Care: 2 years
  • Manual Patient Handling: 2 years
  • Gait Belt: 2 years

• License/Certification (if applicable)
