Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Kissimmee, FL

• Hourly Pay: $27.42 – $36.95 (based on experience)

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

We are hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our high-performing respiratory care team in a fast-paced, acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be adaptable under pressure, and committed to delivering quality care across all age groups.

• Nights (rotating weekends may be required)

• Perform routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for neonate to geriatric patients

• Manage and operate acute care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and therapies

• Adhere to hospital safety policies and regulatory standards

• Minimum 1 year of RRT experience required

• Associate Degree from an AMA-accredited respiratory care program

• Active Florida RRT license required at time of application

• BLS certification required

• Competitive Pay: Up to $36.95/hour based on experience
