Position Summary

The Night Front Desk Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during late hours, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes monitoring property security, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed, and preparing daily reports for management.

Success in this position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to provide courteous service in a calm and efficient manner throughout the night.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during late hours, managing check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Handle reservations and inquiries

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or customer service roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual abilities are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight hours.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Bonus: Eligibility for performance‑based incentives tied to guest satisfaction and operational accuracy.
