The Senior Manager, HRBP Sky Water FL is the HRBP lead for Sky Water’s FL manufacturing facility. In this highly visible role, this person will have the opportunity to partner broadly across the Advanced Packaging organization working with all levels of the organization to enable business unit success. This role reports into the Director, HRBP. This opportunity provides a nice blend of strategic and hands-on engagement to make positive impact in our organization.

Areas of Accountability:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to site leader and leadership team to enable the business strategy and positive business outcomes. Drive high-impact people data-driven people initiatives across all facets of HR, including consulting on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver consistent and effective HR support to client groups by collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy HR programs and initiatives, representing Sky Water FL.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, performance concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify and address workforce and talent trends through data and business insight.
  • Implement and guide performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices.
  • Support change management efforts and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational strategies.
  • Champion a positive, engaged and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations, feedback recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other applicable field.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources or other applicable fields, with at least 3 years in a people leadership or senior HRBP role.
  • Significant experience in employee relations, investigations, and employment law application.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships; ability to engage and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy.
