Job Title: Assistant, Packaging & Labeling Digitization

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Job Type: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

• Support data entry and governance for packaging and labeling systems.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in digital records and system inputs.
• Assist in evaluating new software solutions to automate routine packaging/labeling tasks (e.g., generating digital labels, automating compliance checks).
• Contribute ideas for improving workflows and identifying opportunities for technological efficiencies.
• Track, receive, and organize packaging samples and digital label submissions.
• Use tools to support documentation and communication with suppliers.
• Prepare standard and ad‑hoc reports on packaging and labeling activities.
• Analyze data outputs to inform process improvements.
• Attend and contribute in meetings with sourcing, sustainability, and technology teams.
• Communicate routine issues and proactively elevate challenges.
• Assist leaders in executing sustainable packaging strategies and documenting sustainable innovations.
• Stay current on GenAI trends, emerging software, and digital solutions in packaging and labeling.
• Participate in trainings and share best practices with team members.

• 2+ years’ experience in data management, process automation, or packaging/labeling operations (AI experience preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with digital tools and a basic understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools and ESKO Web Center preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree
