** Four-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

** Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

** Pay:**                        $42.00 - $47.00 per hour based on experience

** Responsibilities of the*
* ** Case Manager RN:*
* · Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.

· Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.

· Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.

· Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.

· Translates concepts into practice.

· Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.

· Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.

· Acts as a resource for others with less experience.

** Qualifications for the*
* ** Case Manager RN:*
* · Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.)

· Active Florida RN license

· Current BLS certification

· 1+ years of recent pertinent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting

· 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse or two years as a licensed practical nurse in a pertinent practice area
