Position: Registered Nurse RN – Open Heart (CVOR RN)

Location: Kissimmee, FL 32742

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

On-Call: Once per week and one weekend per month (subject to department needs)

Hourly Pay Range: $31.84 – $46.26 (based on experience)

On-Call Pay: $4.00/hour

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: $4.50/hour
• National Certification: $1.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR RN to join our open-heart surgical team. In this role, you will collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure the highest level of care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. This is a fast-paced and high-pressure environment requiring attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Perform both scrub and circulating duties for open-heart and cardiovascular cases
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to surgical protocols
• Provide care before, during, and after surgery
• Monitor patients and adjust care plans based on condition changes
• Accurately document patient records and follow all regulatory procedures
• Participate in department on-call rotations

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care setting required
• Licensure: Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (American Heart Association)
• Preferred: CNOR certification and BSN degree
