As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), You’ll Work 1-on-1 With Your Clients Inside Their Homes, And Support Them With The Following Types Of Activities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Delivering compassionate care

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
• Valid LPN License
• Valid
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
