As an LPN with our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Monitoring
  :
  Regularly check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration) and track changes in patient health.
• Medications & Treatments
  :
  Administer prescribed oral, topical, or injectable medications and manage basic wound care or dressings.
• Patient Comfort & ADLs
  :
  Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Documentation & Reporting
  :
  Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health records (EHR) and promptly report significant changes to RNs or doctors.
• Team Guidance
  :
  Oversee and coordinate work with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or medical care techs, as permitted by state regulations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience
  :
  At least 1 year of practical nursing experience.
• Education
  :
  Completion of a state-approved practical nursing certificate or diploma program.
• Licensing
  :
  An active, unrestricted state license after passing the NCLEX-PN exam.
• Certifications
  :
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Skills
  :
  Strong communication, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
