Managing Partner (Hospitality Hero)

The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading all Team Members during each shift.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members.
  • Maximizing sales and profitability.
  • Controlling expenses and meeting budgetary constraints.
  • Handling guest complaints.
  • Ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality.
  • Modeling the behavior expected of a leader.
  • Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Proper staffing of the restaurant departments through adherence to brand standard training programs.

  • Executing positive financial results, including meeting sales goals and optimizing P&L.
  • Becoming a pillar of the community through strong local marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring that restaurant facilities meet brand standards.
  • Abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws.
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor regulations.
