Bartender

$9.98 per hour plus tips

• Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food items in a timely manner.
• Create new cocktail recipes and innovative drink options for guests and members.
• Foster personal experiences and relationships with guests and members.
• Maintain open and effective communication with coworkers, guests, and members.
• Deliver excellent beverage quality and consistency with professional service.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of events, promotions, and specialty items.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Craft original beverage menu items and design new, upscale bar concepts.
• Entertain guests while mixing drinks, discussing spirits, and sharing trivia.
• Serve food and drinks, assist servers, and process orders accurately in the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor inquiries, and notify management if a guest becomes intoxicated or rude.
• Ensure all POS procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in pre‑shift meetings, inventory management, and bar stocking.
• Fill and clean ice bins, empty trash, change kegs, stock coolers, and clean bar equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary bar area.
• Complete any other tasks or duties assigned.
• Show flexibility in scheduling, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Have at least two years of bartending/mixology experience.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
• Obtain a Serv Safe certification within 30 days of employment.
• Lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50 lbs.
