Expeditors are responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with guest special requests and company recipes. You will communicate with the service and fellow Heart of House Heroes to expedite all food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas. You will ensure everyone who comes through our doors as a guest will leave as a friend by being your authentic self.
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphereMust possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state lawAble to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 poundsGood hearing for safety and accurate communicationMust be able to read, write and speak in EnglishMust have reliable transportationMust possess excellent communication and leadership skillsOur Expeditors are Responsible for:
Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaintsEnsuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food productsSupporting the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars, and to-goOptimizing the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and wasteBeing aware of and abiding by all food safety practicesUnique Benefits:
