Position:
Assistant Service Manager

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing service in the Front of House

Ensuring compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management

Approving all Front of House side work

Providing and supervising thorough training

Working during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House

Managing restaurant operations through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed

Conducting 100% table visits to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Leading by example to develop employees and assistants

Cross-training employees as appropriate

Scheduling designated departments under the direction of the Service Manager

Developing sales promotions and conducting rallies as directed

Ensuring compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training

Practicing safe food handling procedures

Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times

Managing guest flow effectively

Assisting with liquor inventory and ordering

Supporting the Local Store Marketer in building sales
