Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports Sam’s Club operations by stocking and maintaining freezer/cooler/deli areas, ensuring product quality, sanitation, and member-ready displays. You will interact with members, assist with purchasing decisions, and help maintain safety and compliance in the facility.

• Maintaining safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety checks, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintaining the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Providing Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Following Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling policies, equipment maintenance, cold chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.
• Participating in benefits and programs as described by the company and applicable to the role and location.

• Maintain high-quality products and ensure availability for Members.
• Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
