Part‑time Brand Ambassador role at Best Buy in partnership with Meta. Weekend shifts 20 hours Friday‑Sunday. Pay $19.50/Hour.
About the RoleConnect customers with Meta products – AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related technology. Provide product demos, answer questions, and promote sales. The team will provide complete Meta technology training.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend Meta products to shoppers based on their needs.
- Demo AR/VR headsets and accessories; illustrate how they enhance customers’ lives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta display.
- Track customer interactions and submit daily sales reports via mobile device.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Partner with sales associates and leaders; share knowledge.
- Stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Adhere to safety and service standards; maintain proper hygiene.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months sales, retail, electronics, telecom, or marketing experience (preferred).
- Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Availability to work weekends and at least one weekday shift.
- Own a smartphone and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab, and lift up to 20 lbs.
