• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Provide timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits, and describe optional equipment available for purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay current on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.

• 2+ years of sales or customer‑service experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer‑service or retail sales experience.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company driving policy.
