Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including base salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and training. Salary is dependent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.

You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions—keeping customers connected to what matters most.

• Paid training with coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities to set you up for success in the field.
• Daily engagement with existing customers through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to make smooth pivots and close deals.

• 1+ years of commission‑based sales experience required; outside‑sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive; a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
