FTI / Florida Training & Investigations in Kissimmee, FL is looking for security officers to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment
• Monitor and patrol premises as directed
• Direct clientele to intended destination
• Assess and act upon threats or deviant behavior accordingly
• Patrol an area for any safety or security risks
• Prevent unauthorized access to the area and the items within
• Respond to reported incidents as necessary
• Monitor a closed-circuit television for potential issues
• Maintain a log of any and all activities
• Document any visitors to the property
• Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary

• Proven work experience in a security field
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Open work availability preferred
• Registration and certificates that apply
• Firearms Permit (BSIS certification);
  Baton and Pepper Spray permits are a plus
• Law enforcement, security, or military experience strongly preferred
• CPR certification is a plus
• Reliable form of transportation
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays
• Observational and communication skills
