• Work with families court-ordered to participate in the supervised visitation or monitored exchange program through the Court’s Visitation Center in Osceola County.
• Ensure appropriate contact between families, observe interactions, and document events.
• Escort children between the primary residential parent and visiting parent; supervise visits between the visiting parent and their children.
• Assist with the weekend operations of the Visitation Center.

• High school graduate or equivalent; two years of coursework toward a degree in education or any human services field, or two years of progressively responsible experience in family/victim issues or related social service delivery programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain neutral and interact successfully with diverse populations and age groups.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Work is performed every weekend, except on holidays.
• Osceola County funded. No benefits / no holiday pay.
• Average 4-8 hours per week, except for holiday weeks.
