Salary Range: $22.00 – $22.00 Hourly
Shuttle Driver Seasonal $22 per hour-Osceola Heritage Park OWe are seeking a professional and safety‑conscious Shuttle Driver to transport passengers between designated locations in a timely and courteous manner. This position requires prior Defensive Driving Certification and a valid Florida CDL with the necessary endorsements. The ideal candidate has experience operating shuttle buses, demonstrates excellent customer service skills, and meets all Florida DOT requirements.
- Safely operate a shuttle bus on assigned routes and schedules
- Transport passengers between locations such as airports, parking lots, hotels, corporate facilities, or campuses
- Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness, proper fuel levels, and general upkeep of the vehicle
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Report any delays, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to dispatch or supervisor
- Keep accurate records of mileage, trip logs, and fuel usage
- Assist passengers with luggage when needed
Required Credentials:
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — Class B or higher with Passenger (P) Endorsement
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — No major violations within the past 3–5 years
- Current Defensive Driving Certification (must be provided at time of application)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening
- Must successfully pass a Level II Background Check (per Florida requirements)
- 1+ years of experience operating shuttle buses or similar commercial vehicles
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and safety practices
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional appearance and attitude
