10-4 Logistics is recruiting CDL school graduates to start strong in our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train under a mentor, complete paid orientation, and earn $850 per week during training before moving to solo driving.
After you go solo, you can expect earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week on assigned trucks with no-touch freight and home-time options. The program includes employer-paid benefits, dispatch support, and a path to a stable CDL career.
