Position SummaryThe Accounts Payable Clerk role is well suited for an individual with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timely vendor payments. Working closely with the Finance team and the Purchasing department, this position plays an important role in maintaining positive vendor relationships and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of company’s accounts payable activities.

- Review, verify and enter invoices into ERP
- Prepare and process vendor payments via cheque/EFT
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure that invoices have been received and posted prior to month end closing.
- Prepare month end reports and reconcile subledgers to the ledger.
- Liaise with purchasing department to ensure purchase orders are up to date with correct pricing and quantities.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk preferred.
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication, to manage and balance both internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capable of performing accurate data entry with attention to detail
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset
- Self-motivated.
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- French not required
- Kitchener, Ontario
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
- On-site position, five days per week
