Daily Responsibilities:
Contribute to daily accounting tasks and complete the month-end reporting cycle for multiple companiesPrepare monthly financial reports, analysis tools and other ad hoc reportsReview bank records, perform bank reconciliations, and process paymentsReconcile and enter monthly credit card transactionsMaintain records of monthly fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and intercompany transactionsAssist with budget preparation and forecasting activitiesSupport month-end and year-end requirementsCollaborate with the Controller, management and various teams within the organizationAct as a backup for payroll review and assist with payroll entriesLead knowledge base in company databases and ERP systemsIdentify, troubleshoot, document and resolve company ERP issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencyComply with all occupational health and safety requirementsIf you have the skills to fulfill the job requirements above, send your resume to:
