AR Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including making collection calls (30-40% of the role)
• Accurately enter customer payments and perform other accounting tasks as required.
• Assist the accounting team and serve as backup wherever required
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with full-cycle AR experience
• Demonstrated experience and comfort with collections, including a track record of managing high-volume receivables.
• Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
