This position requires a cost accountant with a minimum of two years’ experience within a manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with plant leadership to analyze costs and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting departmental initiatives. Excel proficiency is key, as you'll utilize advanced functions to drive insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret operational production reports

• Partner with leadership on cost variances and inventory accuracy

• Provide ongoing financial insights to improve cost control

• Conduct product costing audits for manufacturing accuracy

• Handle month-end reporting and reconciliation of inventory

Requirements:

• 2+ years of cost accounting experience

• Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities

• CPA candidacy preferred

• AS400 experience advantageous

• Must live in the Greater Toronto Area
