Overview Join a progressive finance team as an Accounting Coordinator in Kitchener. Your detail-oriented nature and excellent Excel skills will be essential in supporting critical financial operations during a transformative period. Our client is looking for an Accounting Coordinator who will play a crucial role in handling accounts payable processes and contribute to new system implementations. This chance offers a blend of fully on-site work for three months and a hybrid schedule afterward, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities Manage vendor invoices and support payment processing
Execute transactional accounting for employee expenses
Post important journal entries and accruals
Generate reports and conduct financial analysis with Excel
Collaborate on projects with finance team colleagues
Qualifications Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or similar
Over 3 years of accounting experience required
Robust proficiency in Excel for detailed reports
Capacity to rapidly adapt to new systems
Collaborative and team-oriented work approach
