Overview
Join a progressive finance team as an Accounting Coordinator in Kitchener. Your detail-oriented nature and excellent Excel skills will be essential in supporting critical financial operations during a transformative period. Our client is looking for an Accounting Coordinator who will play a crucial role in handling accounts payable processes and contribute to new system implementations. This chance offers a blend of fully on-site work for three months and a hybrid schedule afterward, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Manage vendor invoices and support payment processing
- Execute transactional accounting for employee expenses
- Post important journal entries and accruals
- Generate reports and conduct financial analysis with Excel
- Collaborate on projects with finance team colleagues
- Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or similar
- Over 3 years of accounting experience required
- Robust proficiency in Excel for detailed reports
- Capacity to rapidly adapt to new systems
- Collaborative and team-oriented work approach
