Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer payments effectively

• Monitor accounts for payment irregularities and initiate collections

• Conduct credit reviews to assess customer credit worthiness

• Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate tracking of claims

• Process customer debits and credits ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
