Detail-Oriented Accounting Coordinator

Position: Detail-Oriented Accounting Coordinator Role

This role requires collaborating across departments while performing daily accounting tasks. You will help manage accounts payable, oversee corporate credit card reconciliations, and prepare bank reconciliations. Your analytical mindset will help identify inefficiencies and recommend meaningful improvements within accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP invoices and manage weekly payment runs

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash disbursement entries

• Coordinate corporate credit card transaction approvals

• Maintain the fixed asset ledger and support reporting

• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 2 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Capable of clear and professional communication
